So if you face any issue related to prescription, Just raise query for refund or exchange. Our team will verify and process your return or exchange.

• Frame size does not fit: We do understand if you have bought online and frame size does not fit. You can raise query and we will send you new frame along with prescription at free of cost. But if you have bought frame + prescription after “Free home eye test or Free home trail” provided by us. Then returns are not possible as we send same frame size which you try at home before buying.

• Broken or Damaged Item received: There is hardly any chance that you receive broken or damaged item. But before opening parcel please start making video on your phone. If something is wrong in parcel it will be recorded and you will get 100% refund
